If you are not completely satisfied with the artwork as described, a refund or exchange is cheerfully given.
Customers must inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt, before signing the delivery confirmation from the carrier. Should the delivered goods be obviously damaged, and the damages are discovered only after signing for the delivery, customers have a period of 5 days to report the damages. If customers neglect to report damaged goods within this period, the right to return or exchange the purchased items is no longer valid.
